Social Media Manager

Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager at our company in Rohtak, your primary responsibility will be to bring our brand to life through engaging and trend-driven content. You will collaborate closely with our social media strategist to ensure consistent brand representation across various platforms. Your role will involve executing creative content ideas and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Key Responsibilities: - Create and publish short-form content including reels, shorts, stories, and posts - Participate in video shoots, both behind the camera (shooting/editing) and in front of it if comfortable - Edit videos with captions, music, and effects tailored for different platforms - Collaborate with the strategist to implement the content calendar - Stay informed about social media trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas - Manage and organize video/photo assets for easy reuse Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc. - Confidence in front of the camera or skills in video production (bonus if both) - Passion for social media storytelling and trends - Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to deliver consistently - Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, being onsite in Rohtak 23 days a week Additional Company Details: This is an opportunity to work closely with a strategist and gain insights into high-level content planning.
