Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
• Run paid campaigns and boost posts when required.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for visuals, reels, and creatives.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and suggest creative ideas.
• Manage influencer collaborations and social promotions when needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand pages.
• Basic video editing or reel creation knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment preferred.
• Freshers with creative and proactive skills are welcome to apply.
