Social Media Manager

Role Overview: As a Social Media Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for developing social media content plans that align with our brand identity. Your main focus will be on creating consistent and meaningful content across all social media platforms. You will also be tasked with improving customer engagement through interactive communication and promoting social media campaigns to increase brand visibility. Additionally, you will manage a high volume of daily social media posts, communicate with social media followers, and address queries promptly. Another key aspect of your role will involve developing and overseeing social influencer programs, attending social influencer events, and utilizing analytical tools to monitor and evaluate our social media presence. Your role will also include preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, providing recommendations to optimize the social media marketing strategy, and keeping abreast of best practices and emerging trends in social media.
