In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. Your focus will be on developing comprehensive paid strategies that target lead generation, conversion, and retention throughout the entire sales funnel. Managing budgets efficiently, you will continuously test various creatives, audiences, and formats to enhance return on investment. Monitoring performance on a daily basis, you will draw actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. Collaboration with the content and SEO teams will be essential to align paid efforts with organic and brand campaigns. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up conversion tracking, UTMs, and overseeing integrations with CRM and analytics tools. Staying abreast of platform changes and industry trends will be crucial to maintaining a competitive edge in the market. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of practical experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Strong analytical skills are a must, as you will be required to work confidently with campaign data, A/B testing, and attribution models. Experience with lead generation campaigns, particularly in education, edtech, or related services, would be advantageous. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and operate at a fast pace are key attributes for success in this role. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Zoho or similar CRMs would be considered a bonus.,
