Social Media Manager and content creator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, grow our audience, and engage with our community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
• Stay updated with the latest social media technologies, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
