Job Title: Content Creator Roles & Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and generate daily content ideas (Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, etc.) aligned with brand objectives. • Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content showcasing apparel collections, styling, behind-the-scenes, and brand stories. • Act as the face of the brand – be camera-friendly and presentable while representing the company in videos. • Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to produce content that appeals to wholesale buyers and distributors. • Ensure content drives real engagement, reach, and follower growth across social platforms. • Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, inquiries) and optimize future content accordingly. • Stay updated with trends in apparel, fashion, and wholesale marketing to create relevant, trending videos. • Manage social media posting calendar and maintain brand consistency in tone, look, and feel. Requirements: • Proven experience in content creation for fashion/apparel/lifestyle brands (Reels, YouTube, or similar). • Strong video production skills – shooting, editing, and storytelling. • Comfortable being on-camera, confident, and presentable. • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas daily. • Prior experience in B2B or wholesale-focused content marketing is a plus. • Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
