Job Description

1. Content Creation: Assist in developing and designing engaging posts, stories, and videos aligned with the brand’s voice and style. This may include brainstorming new ideas and capturing content through photography or video. 2. Scheduling & Posting: Use scheduling tools to plan and post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and consistent brand messaging. 3. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels to interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive online community. 4. Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, competitor strategies, and new features on each platform. Share insights with the team and suggest ideas to enhance engagement. 5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. 6. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
