Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms for our clients and agency brand. This role offers hands-on exposure to real advertising campaigns and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Support social media calendar planning and scheduling
• Monitor daily social media activity and respond to comments and messages under supervision
• Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
• Help in basic performance tracking and reporting (reach, engagement, growth)
• Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers
• Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and advertising
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
• Basic understanding of content creation and online branding
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Analytics awareness (Insights, engagement metrics)
