Job Description

We’re Hiring: Social Media Intern (On-Site | Full-Time)

Social Media Intern

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing Media Upshift’s social media and select client accounts
Creating and executing content calendars across platforms
Appearing on camera for reels, BTS, and trending content
Ideating and producing AI-generated videos using tools
Making outreach calls for collaborations or partnerships
Developing daily engaging content — reels, posts, and stories
Brainstorming campaign ideas, trends, and moodboards
Tracking performance and engagement insights

What We’re Looking For

Confident on camera with strong communication skills
A creative thinker with awareness of trends and formats
Familiar with AI video tools (or eager to learn fast)
Comfortable making outreach calls when needed
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
Open to full-time, on-site work in New Delhi
0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome!)
