🚨 We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Intern (On-Site | Full-Time)

📍 Location: New Delhi | 🕚 Timings: Mon–Fri (11 AM – 6 PM)

💼 Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who’s not just great behind the scenes, but also comfortable being in front of the camera to create reels, behind-the-scenes content, and informative short videos.

💡 What You'll Do:

Manage Media Upshift’s social media presence (and select client accounts)

Create and execute content calendars across platforms

Be the face of trending, BTS, and informative video content

Ideate and produce AI-generated videos using tools

Make outreach calls

Develop engaging content daily — reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos

Brainstorm campaign angles, trend maps, and moodboards

Track performance metrics and engagement insights

🎯 Who We're Looking For:

Confident on camera and comfortable creating video-based content regularly

Familiar with AI video creation tools or eager to learn fast

Excellent communication skills and confidence in reaching out via calls

Creative thinker with a good sense of trends and formats on social media

Comfortable working in-office (on-site role)

Highly organized, reliable, and proactive

0–1 year of relevant experience, especially freshers who are creative
