Social Media Intern

As a Social Media Intern at Dare2Gear, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our community on Instagram and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading adventure and travel agency that is dedicated to creating unique experiences for cycling and outdoor enthusiasts. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing a consistent posting schedule, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand identity, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and suggesting strategies to enhance engagement. You will also be actively engaging with customers, followers, and potential leads, responding to DMs and comments promptly, and creating interactive stories using polls, Q&A, and live updates. Monitoring engagement metrics, experimenting with content formats to optimize reach, ensuring profile elements are well optimized, and making events live on various platforms are also part of your role. You should have a passion for social media marketing, a strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and trends, basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred), good communication and research skills, as well as be self-motivated and eager to learn.
