Social Media Head

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Head to lead our social media strategy, content direction, and digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media trends, audience engagement, analytics, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead content planning, creation, and optimization across all social media channels.
• Oversee social media calendars, campaigns, and brand communication guidelines.
• Monitor platform updates, emerging trends, and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective and current.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyze industry best practices.
• Manage and guide the social media team to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
• Handle community management, including audience interaction and reputation monitoring.
• Manage paid social campaigns (optional based on your role needs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, trends, and analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and brand-aligned content ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
