Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Research, brainstorm, and generate content ideas for various social media platforms.
Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos).
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar for consistent posting.
Repurpose and optimize content for different platforms.
Community Management & Engagement:
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Engage with followers and customers by responding to messages and comments.
Monitor user engagement and analyze feedback.
Build and maintain a strong online community.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Identify trends and insights to improve social media strategies.
Prepare reports on social media performance and ROI.
Staying Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
Experiment with new social media features and tools.
Other Responsibilities:
Create social media advertisements.
Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams.
Manage social media budgets.
Provide customer service through social media channels.
