About Us: Shiksha Seva Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and communities through education, healthcare, and livelihood initiatives. Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engagement. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to raise awareness, drive engagement, and support our fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our organizational goals. 2. Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). 3. Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) that showcases our programs, impact, and stories. 4. Build and engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online reputation. 5. Collaborate with our programs team to share stories, updates, and impact from our initiatives. 6. Analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy to optimize engagement and reach. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes. 8. Manage social media advertising campaigns to support our fundraising and awareness goals.
