Role

Social Media Strategy & Management:-

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives Manage multiple platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

Schedule and oversee content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite

Content Creation & Curation

Idea engaging, brand-consistent content

Collaborate with creatives to deliver high-quality visuals and copies Leverage trending moments to create real-time content

Community Engagement & Growth

Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews professionally and promptly Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners

Implement tactics to increase reach, followers, and meaningful engagement

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as reach, clicks, engagement, conversions Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

Optimize future content and campaigns based on performance data

Description Of Tasks

• Plan and develop social media content and campaigns that align with our brand, goals, and target audience

• Create and post original and engaging content for our social media platforms and channels, such as photos, videos, stories, and polls, that showcase our brand, products, and services

• Interact with our followers, respond to their queries and feedback, and build and maintain relationships with our online community

• Monitor and evaluate our social media performance and metrics, using various tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social

• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction

• Identify and leverage new and emerging social media trends, platforms, and influencers, to increase our brand awareness and reach

• Contribute to the development and improvement of our social media strategy and guidelines

Ideal Profile

• Degree or certification in marketing, communication, or a related field

• Proven experience as a social media marketing, in Marketing Agency with diversy company experience.

• Excellent communication and marketing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various audiences and platforms

• Knowledge and passion , with the ability to showcase our brand, products, and services

• Proficiency in various social media tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, to plan, schedule, and optimize our social media content and campaigns

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and deadlines
