Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and others
Plan, shoot, and edit short videos and reels while keeping up with current trends and maintaining brand consistency
Handle influencer communication, content briefs, approvals, and ensure timely execution of campaigns
Track social media and influencer campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and share regular reports and insights
Participate in and manage both in-house and outdoor content shoots
Appear confidently on camera for product demos, tutorials, voiceovers, and promotional videos when required
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and enhance the brand’s online presence through active engagement and communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred
Strong creativity, content ideation, and storytelling abilities
Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media platforms, short-form video formats, and influencer marketing
Good communication skills with confidence in front of the camera
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, videographers, and internal teams
Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
