Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our brand's social presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, influencer collaborations, and content coordination, especially in the e-commerce or D2C space. This role requires independent ownership of tasks, team coordination for content production, and a strong understanding of social trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Identify and approach relevant influencers for brand collaborations and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the multimedia team for content shoots, video reels, and other creative assets.
• Write engaging and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and content ideas for posts and stories.
• Track, monitor, and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and campaign execution.
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging and aesthetics across all digital channels.
• Manage DMs/comments/engagement on social media accounts when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a creative mindset.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and collaborate with internal teams.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or creator outreach is a must.
• Basic understanding of content trends, Instagram Reels, and social-first content creation.
• Familiarity with social media tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.

* Candidates from the nearby locations of Mohali will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
