We are seeking a Social Media Executive join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media accounts, analyse trends, and interact with our online community. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with the marketing team to grow social media accounts. - To handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Etsy - Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends, presenting insights and recommendations to management. - Monitor company social media accounts, engaging with users and fostering positive interactions. - Establish methods for identifying and archiving online customer reviews, leveraging feedback to inform marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Proven experience of 1+ years in social media management in textile field, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities. - Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask. - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager If you're passionate about social media and eager to make an impact in a dynamic marketing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
