Roles range from specialist (execution) to manager (strategy), requiring skills in analytics, design, copywriting, and community management.  Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals; create content calendars. Content Creation: Write, edit, design (graphics/video), and schedule posts across platforms. Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to followers; manage user-generated content. Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Insights) to track KPIs and report on campaign success. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, features, and best practices. Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and sales teams for cohesive campaigns. Paid Social (Manager/Senior): Manage ad campaigns and budgets.
