JOB SUMMARY

As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client communication and overseeing social media projects to ensure smooth execution. You will work closely with the Social Media Strategist, creative teams, and clients to coordinate deliverables, maintain timelines, and uphold quality standards. Your role will be key in building strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies, and driving effective collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Note : The role requires the candidate to work from the Kochi office for the first 3–4 months, after which they will relocate to the Dubai office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social media projects.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, status updates, and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with the copywriter, designer, and creative team to ensure timely deliverables.
• Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to understand strategy and guide execution.
• Handle content calendar approvals, reports, and client queries.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Background in digital/social media agencies (client servicing / account management).
• Strong communication and coordination skills - comfortable handling clients directly.
• Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time.
• Basic understanding of social media strategy & platforms (doesn’t need to be a strategist).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
