Creative Designer-Graphics and Motion

You will be joining a full-service digital marketing agency based in Dubai, committed to enhancing brands through performance-driven creativity and data-backed strategies, with the support of our dedicated team in Cochin, India. Our range of services includes performance marketing, SEO, social media management, web design and development, branding, creative solutions, and marketing intelligence, enabling businesses to effectively grow, engage, and convert in the digital landscape. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around graphic design, encompassing the creation of visually appealing designs for social media, websites, branding, and marketing materials. You will be tasked with designing brochures, banners, posters, and presentations, as well as developing branding elements like logos, typography, and color schemes. Additionally, you will be involved in producing engaging 2D motion graphics, explainer videos, animated ads, title sequences, lower-thirds, transitions, infographics, and video editing to enhance visual aesthetics. Collaboration and project management will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with marketing, content, and video production teams to translate concepts into reality. You will be expected to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that align with brand identity, ensuring the timely delivery of projects while upholding high-quality standards. Staying abreast of the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools will be essential, along with experimenting with new styles and creative approaches to boost content engagement. To excel in this position, you should possess proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition), with knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software considered advantageous. Strong design and animation skills, encompassing a solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and the ability to create smooth and dynamic motion graphics, are crucial. Creativity, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for innovative design are qualities that will set you apart. Effective communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential traits for success. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, multimedia arts, or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
