Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Pune. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and managing campaigns to drive brand engagement. The role includes monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and ideating new ways to enhance the company’s digital presence through effective communication. Collaboration with internal teams for the execution of campaigns will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) practices
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging and impactful content
• Knowledge of Media Planning and campaign execution across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and improve performance
• Ability to stay updated on social media trends and generate innovative ideas
• Relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred
