Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media channel management. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and able to handle end-to-end social media strategy, ad campaigns, and page optimization for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

• Manage, grow, and optimize Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, Pinterest boards, and other platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate creative requirements.
• Monitor trends and create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form content.

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Set up and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing).
• Track performance metrics, reduce cost per result, and improve ROI.

Content Strategy & Optimization

• Optimize page/profile descriptions, hashtags, keywords, and posting strategy.
• Ensure proper brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis and audience research.

Analytics & Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports of campaigns and social channels.
• Analyze insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with clients (if needed) for approvals and campaign goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management.
• Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
• Good understanding of content creation, audience targeting, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic graphic tools (Canva or similar) is an added advantage.
