Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Schedule regular posts and stories while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Write captions, select hashtags, and curate content aligned with wellness themes
• Collaborate with the video and design teams for campaigns and promotional materials
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest data-driven improvements
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them creatively
• Engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Passion for healthcare, wellness, yoga, or lifestyle branding
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the work environment

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
• Experience with paid campaigns (Meta or Google Ads is an added advantage)
• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies independently
