We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute campaigns to promote tours, offers, and referral programs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence.
• Engage with audiences, respond to queries/messages, and build an active online community.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align campaigns with tours and company initiatives.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) to drive reach and leads.
• Build and maintain an influencer/creator network to amplify brand visibility.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
• Creativity in designing posts/reels (basic Canva/Photoshop skills preferred).
• Video Editing for instagram reels
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi a plus).
• Passion for travel and tourism industry preferred.
