Job Description:
Dream World Tours is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team. The role involves handling airline ticket bookings, reservations, cancellations, and ensuring excellent customer service for both domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage airline ticket sales, bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with airlines for seat confirmations, flight schedules, and changes.
• Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets as per airline guidelines.
• Provide accurate travel information, baggage rules, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure a smooth travel experience for customers, especially during peak seasons.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0–2 years of experience in airline ticketing/reservations.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of domestic & international flight booking processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Travel & Tourism/IATA Certification preferred but not mandatory.
