Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Panaji. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for media planning, communication, social media marketing, writing, and social media optimization (SMO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and posts to boost engagement.

• Manage daily operations of social channels.

• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build brand loyalty.

• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for consistent brand presence.

• Assist in executing paid ad campaigns and track their effectiveness.

• Research competitor activities and suggest improvements.
