Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and sharing engaging content to grow our audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive online engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content across platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly.
Collaborate with the design and content team to produce creative assets.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing social media accounts.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Designbit APP).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
