Job Description – Social Media Executive cum Graphics Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive cum Graphics Designer to manage our digital presence and create visually engaging content for our brand. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, good knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to create impactful graphics, posts, and videos for daily marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish daily posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction.
• Track performance analytics and submit monthly reports.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and creative content formats.

2. Graphic Designing

• Design posts, banners, stories, reels thumbnails, flyers, brochures, and marketing creatives.
• Create promotional graphics for tours, air ticket offers, forex rates, and company updates.
• Maintain consistent brand theme and quality in all designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaign creatives.

3. Video & Reel Creation

• Shoot/edit short videos, reels, and promotional clips.
• Use transitions, animations, and captions for high-quality output.
• Handle basic motion graphics (preferred but not mandatory).

4. Branding & Marketing Support

• Support digital campaigns, festival creatives, and new launch promotions.
• Develop advertising graphics for paid promotions (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Assist with website banners and email marketing creatives when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects (any two mandatory).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
