Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Mumbai, In-office

Job Summary:

● Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.

● Ideate & implement organic & paid social media campaigns

● Create content planners with the social team

● Effective coordination and understanding of creative requirements

● Using appropriate research tools to support planning

● Using analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action plan

● Compiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performance

● Identify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of content

● Manage channel growth in line with targets

● Work closely with copywriters & designers to ensure the right products are pushed at the correct time

● Working with the digital team on paid social to optimize campaigns and spend

● Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

● Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

What we expect from you?

● Experience of at least 6 months in the field

● Ability to work in fast-paced environment

● Familiar with using scheduling and analysis tools

● Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.

● Strong communicator & command over both written and spoken English

● Experience managing paid social (preferred but not essential)

● Appreciation for novel insights and ideas

● Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones
