As a Sales Executive at Write Right, a division of Content Whale specializing in academic content writing, you will be responsible for managing leads, engaging with clients, and promoting our services. Your role will involve responding promptly to leads and inquiries, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively presenting and pitching our services to highlight their benefits. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a proven track record in sales, preferably in student counseling. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, knowledge of sales strategies, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely follow-ups on leads, understanding client needs, closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to excel in this role.
