Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and managing our social media presence across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, website graphics, etc.)
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for campaigns and promotions.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all visuals.
• Edit photos, videos, and create reels for social media.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, and engage with the audience.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, design, and marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or Canva.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative content.Basic video editing skills (for reels and stories) are a plus.Good communication and time management skills.
