Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels)
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media with overall brand goals
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and improvement suggestions
• Manage online reputation, respond to comments and DMs, and handle community engagement
• Assist in paid campaign execution and performance tracking (Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads, if applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
