We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and manage all our social media activities across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Handle all major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, graphics, videos) to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Promotions, etc.) to generate leads.
• Monitor SEO, hashtags, keywords, and optimize content for better reach.
• Engage with the online community – respond to comments, queries, and messages promptly.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance with insights and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain consistency in branding.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and education sector campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts & campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and video editing tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting & storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of educational/ed-tech sector will be an added advantage.
