Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can strengthen the brand’s online presence, generate engaging content, and drive digital visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands current design and content trends, has hands-on experience in content creation, and can execute consistent posting strategies that support brand awareness and footfall growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy

  • Create high-quality posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics based on market trends and product categories.
  • Develop product-centric and campaign-based content aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

Platform Management

  • Handle daily posting and engagement on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Track platform insights and analytics to improve reach, engagement, and performance.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when necessary.

Digital Presence & Profile Management

  • Post regular updates, offers, and new product announcements on Google Business Profile.
  • Update JustDial catalogue, product listings, picture gallery, and brand information.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital profiles.

Website & Blog Content

  • Upload blogs on the company website on industry trends, product categories, FAQs, and product education.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure updated content flow.

Brand Awareness & Growth

  • Experiment with new formats, hashtags, trends, and strategies to boost organic visibility.
  • Support initiatives that contribute to increased store visibility and walk-in customers.
  • Suggest growth-oriented campaigns and collaboration ideas.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media marketing or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, editing tools, and content formats.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software.
  • Strong written communication skills for captions, blog content, and product education content.
  • Ability to work independently, meet timelines, and manage multiple platforms.
