Job SummaryThe Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing Allamanda Abode’s presence across social media platforms. The role involves content creation, planning campaigns, engaging with followers, and supporting brand visibility and bookings through digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short videos aligned with the brand’s tone Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns Coordinate with photographers, designers, and the marketing team for content creation Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare basic reports Support promotions, seasonal offers, events, and collaborations with influencers Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in social media management (hospitality experience preferred) Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar Good photography/video sense; mobile content creation skills are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Tamil is a plus) Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work from the Chennai office and occasionally attend on-site shoots/events
