Job Description – Social Media Executive

Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, carousels, shorts & videos).
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
Monitor analytics and prepare weekly reports.
Respond to comments/messages and engage with the audience.
Coordinate with HR & leadership for updates and content inputs.
Basic video editing and thumbnail creation preferred.
Requirements:
1–2 years of social media experience (preferably in IT/Staffing).
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube trends.
Good communication and content-writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
