Job Description – Social Media Executive

Hairfree & Hairgrow Clinic (Surat) is looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, and brand communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to produce reels, posts, and stories.
• Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to improve audience engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and new content ideas.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred).
• Maintain brand voice, design consistency, and professional communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of content strategy, captions, hashtags & analytics.
• Ability to work with designers and editors for content creation.
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory)

• Experience with Canva, Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools.
• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service industry is a plus.
