Social Media Executive (1 Year Exp)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Executive with around 1 year of experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, scheduling posts, interacting with audiences, and supporting the growth of our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies.
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) across multiple platforms.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong community.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Track performance and share insights through basic analytics reports.
• Support in collaborations, partnerships, and influencer outreach when required.

Requirements

• ~1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, Pintrest, YouTube, etc.).
• Skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and basic video editing.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
