About the Role

As a Social Media & Creative Producer, you will own Union’s end-to-end visual storytelling, positioning the brand as an industry content leader. From reels to static content, mini-series to UGC, you’ll drive creativity that translates into engagement, visibility, and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit 40+ reels and 50+ static creatives per month.
• Produce mini-series, ad films, and influencer collaborations.
• Handle on-ground shooting using professional gears (photo + video).
• Design and deliver graphics and visual creatives aligned to brand guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of interns for scalable production.
• Coordinate influencer tie-ups and leverage user-generated content (UGC).
• Write compelling copy for campaigns and content pieces.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Develop visual onboarding experiences for residents.
• Integrate AI tools to scale content creation and workflows.
• Optimize creative performance using analytics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in social media content production.
• Strong portfolio across video, design, and copywriting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Figma.
• Ability to independently shoot, edit, and design content.
• Experience with lifestyle, hospitality, or youth-centric brands preferred.
