Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work.

The role involves

• Developing and managing innovative social media strategies, creating and curating content for various platforms, optimizing social media campaigns, planning media strategies, and collaborating with influencers.
• Own and drive reels for Nurturing Green and The CEO Gardener – whether behind the camera or in front of it.
• Build influencer squads and make them fall in love with our brand. Ideate, create, post, repeat – keeping our socials buzzing.
• Coordinate, hustle, and get things DONE (no excuses).
• Tracking campaign performance, engaging with online communities, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

-2 to 3 yrs of experience in social media / influencer marketing (consumer brand folks, we’re looking at you 👀).

-Active on IG, loves experimenting with formats.

-Strong at coordination and execution – you get things done, fast.

-Young, dynamic, fast, and fearless (yes, you may be on camera too 🎥).

-Ready to join in 15 days.

-Based in Gurgaon.
