Social Media & Content Creator Manager
What You ll Do:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end social media planning, strategy, and execution across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter. Snapchat and all relevant social media platforms).
- Create and manage a content calendar, aligning with brand objectives, campaigns, and key events (e.g., festive pushes, product launches).
- Lead content creation ideating, scripting, producing, and publishing short-form videos, static posts, carousels, and reels, with a focus on engagement rate increment as well as expanding the reach of respective pages
- Be hands on with latest trends, excellent with analytics and creating insightful reports
- Mine our blogs/whitepapers/calls for angles; write thumb-stopping hooks
- ORM (Online Reputation Management): Maintain the common database with queries and comments received on Social Media and regularly interfacing with Customer Success/Grievance team for quick response on user queries/complaints routed to Social media channels
- Working knowledge of SEO and content generation based on SEO intelligence
Content Creator Responsibilities
- Produce creative, original content that aligns with Olyv s quirky, approachable brand voice.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling approaches to push the brand s creative boundaries.
- Bring your unique creative signature to the brand s social storytelling.
- Be the face of the brand across all leading content and own the en-to-end mandate
- Turn a blog/insight into a punchy video with a hook-setup-payoff arc, subtitles, cutaways, and a crisp CTA.
- Vox-pop interviews within Org space/Open venues that feels cinematic yet native to LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot on phone/DSLR, frame, light, mic; or direct talent. Comfortable being on-camera or coaching others.
- Basic Editing skills: Tight cuts, pattern breaks, on-screen captions, B-roll, simple motion graphics
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics to track performance (engagement, impressions, follower growth, conversions, etc.).
- Generate actionable insights and optimize content and strategy based on data.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for leadership.
Collaboration & Brand Building
- Work closely with internal teams marketing, design, product to align social content with larger brand and business goals.
- Engage with the audience by managing community interactions and responding to comments/messages in brand tone.
- Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, especially in the fintech space.
What We re Looking For:
- 1 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or startups.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing social media content (short videos, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills experience using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Socialbakers, etc.
- Creative storyteller with ability to translate complex topics (like finance) into engaging, easy-to-digest content.
- Hands-on creator mentality not just strategy, but execution (editing videos, designing visuals, writing captions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).
- Passion for fintech, consumer behavior, and emerging digital trends.
- On-camera charisma with a knack to create engaging audio visual content
- Motion graphics (After Effects) for clean text/diagram reveals.
- Basic audio cleanup (Adobe Podcast/CapCut Enhance), lighting, color.
- Interest in AI & cybersecurity (we ll teach the domain; bring the curiosity).
- Added advantage if you are a content creator yourself.
