Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

*Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

*Create engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

*Monitor social media channels, customer inquiries, and industry trends.

*Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages professionally.

*Analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

*Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

*Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns.

*Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends—testing new features (Reels, Stories, Live) to maximize audience impact.

Qualifications

*Proven experience in social media management, ideally within an agency setting.

*Strong understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences.

*Excellent written and communication skills.

*Ability to create engaging content.

*Strong analytical skills.

*Proficiency in social media management tools.

*Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

*Experience with social media analytics tools

*Knowledge of SEO and content marketing

*Graphic design skills (comfortable with using Canva)

*Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
