Job Description

We are looking for a talented and confident Social Media Content Creator who can ideate, create, and deliver engaging content in front of the camera in Telugu and English—including reels, educational videos, property explainers, and more. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities: 1. Appear on camera to create daily content including reels, short videos, stories, and educational posts 2. Write engaging scripts, captions, and social media copy for each platform 3. Generate fresh, creative content ideas aligned with the real estate and construction industry 4. Film, edit (or coordinate with editors), and publish content across all platforms Schedule and manage content calendars 5. Monitor social media channels, track performance Occasionally respond to DMs/comments and engage with the community Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and formats 6. Collaborate with sales and design teams to align content with campaigns and project launches Requirements: 1. Should be able to deliver content in Telugu, English Hindi is a plus. 2. Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills 3. Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing abilities 4. Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms 5. Creative mindset with attention to storytelling, visuals, and brand voice 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 7. Strong team player and communicator 8.Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Language: Telugu (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
