Job Description

Hawk Constructions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales of both residential and commercial properties, engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements, and closing profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers to understand their needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
• Deal Negotiation: Close sales agreements while achieving volume and profitability targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners.
• Project Presentation: Confidently present project offerings during site visits and meetings.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain updated records and follow-ups using CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresher +1 years of sales experience (real estate or construction industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
