Role Description

Gama Holding is seeking a highly skilled Brand & Communications Officer to lead corporate communication efforts and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. This role focuses on enhancing brand reputation, managing public relations, and producing high-quality communications materials. The position requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Draft press releases, speeches, newsletters, and official corporate announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Manage internal communication channels and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and public-facing activities.
• Monitor brand perception through media tracking and sentiment analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or branding.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing PR relationships and crisis communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with media monitoring tools.
• Background in event management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
