🎯 Job Overview

We're looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Content Creator + Instagram Manager to bring our loungewear brand to life across Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimizing content that reflects our aesthetic, engages our audience, and drives sales.

📸 Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content (Reels, stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes)

Write engaging captions that reflect brand voice

Create UGC-style content when needed (can be iPhone-based)

Instagram Management:

Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule

Design story highlights, guides, and aesthetic grid layouts

Monitor DMs, comments, and community engagement

Use hashtags, trends, and audio to maximize reach

Post reels, tag products (if Instagram Shop is enabled), and optimize for engagement

📊 Optional (but valuable) Skills

Canva, CapCut, InShot or Adobe Suite

Familiarity with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite

UGC-style video editing or basic motion graphics

Influencer/UGC collaboration outreach

Email marketing basics (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

✅ Ideal Candidate

Has a good eye for fashion and minimal/clean aesthetics

Understands Instagram trends, sounds, and formats

Self-sufficient with content planning and execution

Able to deliver 10–15 posts/stories/reels per week

Bonus: Knows how to drive engagement + conversion via Reels
