As a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Content Creator + Instagram Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our loungewear brand to life on Instagram. Your responsibilities will include creating, scheduling, and optimizing content that not only showcases our aesthetic but also engages our audience effectively to drive sales. Your primary tasks will involve planning, shooting, and editing high-quality content such as Reels, stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes footage. Additionally, you will be required to craft engaging captions that resonate with our brand voice and create user-generated content (UGC-style) when necessary, even if it's based on iPhone photography. In terms of Instagram management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. This will include designing story highlights, guides, and maintaining an aesthetic grid layout. Monitoring DMs, comments, and community engagement will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Moreover, you will need to utilize hashtags, trends, and audio features effectively to maximize our reach, post reels, tag products (if Instagram Shop is enabled), and optimize content for higher engagement. While optional, proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite is valuable. Familiarity with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, UGC-style video editing, basic motion graphics, influencer/UGC collaboration outreach, and email marketing basics (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) can further enhance your capabilities. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a good eye for fashion and minimal/clean aesthetics. Understanding Instagram trends, sounds, and formats is essential. You should be self-sufficient in content planning and execution, capable of delivering 10-15 posts/stories/reels per week.
