About the Role:


Social Media Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create engaging and trend-driven reels and video content

  • Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent content calendar

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative graphics and visuals

  • Monitor social media metrics and suggest improvements

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and trends

    • Must-Have Skills:


    • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms

    • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content

    • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or similar platforms to design posts

    • Excellent communication and time-management skills

    • Good-to-Have Skills:


    • Hands-on experience with video editing tools like CapCut or InShot

    • Basic understanding of performance marketing or analytics tools

    • Knowledge of trending hashtags and reel formats
