Job Summary: We are seeking a articulate and creative Social Media & Content Specialist to be the voice of Teryair on our digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or young professional with exceptional English language skills and a passion for digital marketing. Your primary role will be to develop compelling written content and social media strategies that elevate our brand. You will collaborate closely with our in-house technical team, who will handle graphic design and layout, to bring your content ideas to life. This role is fully remote and reports directly to our Director Marketing Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Copywriting: Develop and write clear, persuasive, and grammatically flawless content for all our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Brand Voice: Embody the Teryair brand voice, ensuring all content is professional, technically accurate, and tailored to our B2B audience in the industrial sector. Collaboration with Design Team: Conceptualize social media posts and campaigns, providing clear and detailed briefs to our in-house graphic designer to create the final visuals. Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging stream of posts. Community Engagement: Monitor our social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries in a professional manner, and foster a community around our brand. Campaign Development: Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to support marketing objectives. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics to report on content performance and suggest improvements. Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications: This is an entry-level position where strong language and communication skills are paramount. Essential Skills: Exceptional English Language Proficiency: Impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sophisticated command of English grammar and vocabulary. This is the most critical requirement. Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing: A solid grasp of how social media contributes to broader marketing goals like brand awareness, lead generation, and SEO. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about content and tailor messages for different platforms and audiences. Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills to effectively brief and collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage deadlines and a content schedule in an independent, remote work environment. Social Media Savviness: A deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for business. Eagerness to Learn: A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to grow into a skilled content strategist. Technical Skills (A plus, but not essential): Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic understanding of SEO principles. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated and reliable. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing error-free work. Creative and able to generate new ideas for content. Professional and articulate communicator, comfortable with reporting across different time zones. Remuneration: In keeping with industry standards, to be discussed during interview process.
